A very good book on Amaro and other assorted Italian bitters along with extensive cocktail and some cooking recipes.
An excellent and yet still portable book that is a great reference no matter what your level of expertise.Don’t got to Scotland ( or your local ) before you read it and bring it along !

Whisky Dreams is not your average whiskey book, with endless reviews of various whiskies and a selection of (the same old) cocktail recipes – far from it. Easily one of the best whisky cookbooks I have ever read.
A must have book for any Anthony Bourdain and/or No Reservations fan. Just wish it was in folio (coffee table book size) format.
